Tree Planting Initiative
Bogd is proud to be in partnership with Ecologi, an environmental platform who work to halt and reverse climate change by assisting in tree planting and carbon offset projects across the globe. In other words, by wearing Bogd cashmere you’re helping to fund the planting of billions of trees each year whilst also supporting climate projects like rainforest protection and renewable energy generation. With each piece of Bogd Cashmere, you’re contributing to real climate change, in the simplest way possible.
Solar Energy
In recent years, Khanbogd Cashmere has introduced several initiatives to promote sustainable and environmentally conscious production methods.
Our company has installed a renewable energy system at its knitting factory to encourage an environmentally conscious workplace, promoting sustainable production as part of its social responsibility.
A total of 100,000 USD has been invested into our energy-saving project to ensure we save 25kW of energy per day. From the money we’ve saved by using solar-powered energy, we have been able to put more funding and focus into improving workplace conditions and caring for our employees, including their social activities and engagements.
